Meetings
Membership: the entire membership meets annually on the third Sunday of November, for the purpose of electing directors and acting on such other business as may come before the membership body. Directors are elected to two-year terms.
Board: the board of directors elects officers and conducts the ongoing business of the organization. Board meetings are open to the public, and are held at 7 PM at the Park House on the fourth Tuesday of each month, except as otherwise noted in the schedule below:
